Data We Collect

When you use DeedTracker, we collect information you provide directly:

• Resume content — work history, education, skills, and accomplishments
• Profile information — name, email address, and location
• Job applications — job postings you track and materials you generate

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the DeedTracker service:

• Extracting and organizing your career accomplishments
• Generating tailored resumes and cover letters
• Matching your experience to job requirements
• Providing AI-powered coaching feedback

Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your data at any time from your account settings. If you choose not to create an account, uploaded data is automatically purged after 72 hours.

Third-Party Services

We use Fireworks.ai for AI processing. Fireworks.ai does not use customer-submitted data for model training. Your data is processed in-flight and not retained by the AI provider.
